Exceptional Stay at Hotel St Paul, it is the Montreal Gem. I had an outstanding stay at Hotel St Paul in Montreal. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Montreal, making it incredibly easy to explore the city’s historic charm on foot. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. You can really feel the care that goes into creating a comfortable and elegant environment. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism truly elevated our experience. The lobby’s architecture and design are stunning, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and warm from the moment you walk in. And the breakfast was excellent, offering high-quality options that set the tone for a great day. I would say that the Hotel St Paul exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.

Great experience at St Paul Hotel. Excellent location, walk to nearly everything. The rooms are bright and spacious. Staff was so very helpful. Thank you to Reda. Certainly will be back to this gem of a hotel. On-site restaurant has a late night vibe I did not expect but that was enjoyable too.

Location is fantastic. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in town. It was our first visit and this location was walkable to many places including restaurants and cafes. The only thing to be aware of is they do have steps up to the building. I didn't see any handicap ramps, so if you have any sort of disability, keep that in mind. The hotel staff are wonderful about helping with luggage during open hours. We loved our room, and also the decor. We arrived late but within minutes of the hotel restaurant closing. They were very accommodating and thenJapanese food was delicious. Everyone was gracious and attentive.

I recently booked a business meeting room along with guest rooms and catering for some out of town colleagues and the experience was outstanding! Clarisse and Mikael were incredibly warm, helpful, and efficient from start to finish. Every detail—from the room setup to the food arrangements—was handled flawlessly, making our event smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and genuine care truly stood out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hotel St. Paul for a business or personal stay.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Montreal and couldn’t have been more pleased. There are countless restaurants just steps away, and the metro is conveniently close. The front desk team met all my needs and far exceeded my expectations. I have nothing but positive things to say — I will definitely be returning.

Great location. Friendly staff. We stayed four nights around NYE. I know the restaurant is only loosely affiliated but they are connected through the lobby. Unfortunately we had a rude experience with the restaurant staff and I'm giving four stars because of that. It's not the hotel's fault but they have a partnership through proximity, intentional or not. The restaurant even mentions on their description "located in the Hotel St-Paul." The hotel staff were not able to help or address the situation with the restaurant.

I brought my team here for a three day retreat. I worked with Clarisse and Mikael to contract the space as well as curate the experience. They were both wonderful. Clarisse worked with me on dining options, things to do in the city, and the overall wellbeing of our team. She attended to every detail with care. Our team thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. It provided a beautiful backdrop to our work for three days. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on visiting Montreal! It's beautiful, comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.
